How long do I keep access to a course?
Each purchase includes lifetime access to the course, all future updates, and any new reference worksheets we publish for that course.
Do I need prior experience to start?
No. Our beginner track covers safety, equipment, and step-by-step cold process fundamentals. Intermediate and advanced modules are labeled clearly when you’re ready to level up.
What supplies are required?
We provide a clear supplies checklist inside each course. At a minimum: an accurate digital scale, stick blender, heat-safe containers, lye (sodium hydroxide), oils, safety gear, and a mold. Many modules include low-cost alternatives.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If a course doesn’t fit your goals, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll help. Please include your order email and a brief note about what didn’t work so we can improve.
Do you issue certificates?
Upon completion of core modules and passing the safety quiz, you can download a digital certificate of completion for personal or portfolio use.
Is mentoring included?
Many courses include optional mentor feedback sessions. Look for “Mentor Feedback” in the course details. You can also add a feedback pack to any enrollment.
